Two opponents on a 2 suited flop with an 8 out straight draw. I'd probably check call this. Are you trying to get a single club to fold? What makes you think villain is on a flush draw? I'd think AQ is more likely. Would a passive post-flop player raise on a draw?

Isn't an open-ended straight draw 4.8 to 1 from the turn to the river? Anyway, you've got 6 outs that don't put a 4-flush on the board, which is 6.7 to 1. You could be drawing dead, but a pair of queens is more likely. I'd call on the turn and see what happened; the pot's pretty big.
