If you single table then Miller's book is probably the best. If you multitable (or are NOT a fairly solid player already) you will probably experience the full impact of variance if you strictly follow his guidelines.

I agree that you have to be a solid player to properly apply SSHE, but are you trying to say that optimal play changes when you multitable?
