Always is a big word, but yes, I nearly always bet the turn against no more than two opponents when no one bet the flop. Especially when I'm second or last to act on the turn. It's immediate positive ev (I've looked through lots of Poker Tracker hands to figure this out) not to mention the times you suck out to win on the river, not to mention the times you had the best hand all along.
