With no read you have to go with general table context at the site you're playing...

Pot is ~$8+3+~7.50= ~$18.50:6.75

How often do you think you are good at this site/table? I imagine its probably close. So call, look him up, at least you have 4 outs. He could make the play with such a wide range of hands, its wonderful.
