Looks like a great call to me. From time to time you'll be beat, but as you mention, at the $20 level, I'm almost certain it's a profitable call in the long run. Lots of people will play kings early, especially for 60 chips.
I'm a fan of raising more pf at these early levels to avoid strange and difficult decisions, and really punish those who call anything. I myself am often surprised at the amount of times I win hands with TPTK. So, I've come to call more often, sometimes with clenched teeth, and sometimes you get owned, but overall it seems to be the right thing to do.
Anyone care to elaborate on if this would be a bad call at the $100 or $200 level?
