See, I never thought that they did, because they only block the sun when it's coming from overhead, but if it's even a little bit in front of you, it gets in under the visor.

as a dude with a shaved head, it also keeps sunburns away and warms my head during winter.

I nevere thought about the sunburn thing, although I never thought that hats did a very good job keeping my had warm and that a wool ski cap was always much better.
