Default 3/6 nut flush draw, board double paired on turn

villain is 32/1/1.26 over 200 hands.

I figured with board double paired check/fold was best. Now I'm not so sure since I also had the nut two paired on board.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], a[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold</font>, MP calls, CO calls, 1 fold</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero bets</font>, MP folds, CO calls, SB folds.

Turn: (3 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>

Final Pot: 4 BB
