Ideally you want 10 shirts, so you have 5 while the other 5 are at the cleaners/laundry/moms. 10 undershirts too.
4 pairs of pants ought to do you. You should look into removing the belt loops from a pair of regular jeans (I really don't get this rule).
You can get a pretty basic computer to do that stuff (incl poker). You probably want a cd burner on it, at least.
Other stuff for the room:
-cards/chips
-tv
-DVD
-dominoes
-dice (will there be drinking?)
-icebucket/small cooler (if no fridge)
