Your cashier screens at Interpoker and Intercasino should be identical. I would call them and get a clarification about that issue first. Their telephone support has always been great as far as I'm concerned.
Once your balance in the casino reads as the total that you expect (about $504) the entire balance is available to be wagered at the casino. If you lose (!!) $100 at blackjack your balance will be $404, but your withdrawal limit will remain at $314.
