Not to be unhelpful but...it depends.

So you think uberfish will bluff occassionally. The pot should be laying you 6:1 or so at this point, so do you think he has no A more than 1:6 you call, if not fold.

And how do we determine that? History with that player, the board's texture (did any obvious draws get there? Was there a two flush/straighty flop that did not complete but he might bluff at now?), how likely your hand is to be good even if he doesn't have the A (any common two pair combos/another overcard/draws?). There's not really a set play here. But just because they love to play any ace, doesn't mean they are more likely to be dealt one. And players who play any ace love to play a lot more bad hands and take those to showdown too.
