Default $60t - AKs - is this a dumb all-in call?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG (t1010)
MP (t3125)
CO (t1720)
Button (t2110)
SB (t2580)
Hero (t2955)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to t1010</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to t3125</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Hero calls t2805 (All-In).

Final Pot: t7165

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
UTG has 8d 8s (three of a kind, eights).
MP has Kd Ac (one pair, kings).
Hero has As Ks (one pair, kings).
Outcome: UTG wins t3105. (Hero, MP chop the rest) </font>

Not sure if I would ever fold this hand 2-way, even to MP. IMO, you see AQ too many times on the $60s. But 3-way I really don't know, feels like a bad place to put my tourney on the line. Also pretty good chance I'm sharing some outs. Any thoughts appreciated.
