Yeah, a little. My rule of thumb is if it is a hand I would normally raise with and I have 5-9xBB, I push it in. I wouldn't normally raise with A4, so I'd fold it there and wait for a real raising hand.
There are just way too many people behind you here that have a chance to dominate you. Folded to me on the button with this hand, I'd push. (Again note, I'd raise from the button with this hand with a non-shortstack.)
