A quick estimation gives 18,8% of being beaten by TT and a 17,7% chance of being beaten by QJs. So about 0,188x0,177=3,3%.
But one cant calculate like this of course, since its in the same hand.

Bye the way pokerstove gives 68% winning chance: So to lose a pot like this is not even unlikely.
