Default Re: What to play UTG preflop

[ QUOTE ]
Hi donkeyradish,

I tend to raise KJs UTG at a full table, but I like limping more if the table is extremely loose. I think ATs is an even easier raise.

I think you are too tight UTG in general. I would at least limp with AJo and KQo and 77, but I would tend to raise AJo and KQo more often than not. I think limping is a better default play than folding with 77, but at a rather tight table I can see folding being correct. I agree with folding JTs. At a loose table I would limp the A9s and some lower suited aces (how low I would go depends on exactly how loose the table is), but at a tight table I think that's fine.

Good luck,
einbert

I think JTs is worthy of a limp on a tight or loose table, otherwise I agree with everything else you said.
