Thanks for the compliment, but this doesn't look like a math problem to me. It's unclear what the range of hands to give the UTG player, and unclear how he will react to a call or push. Also, while it is easy to imagine that the tilting player is pushing with any two, I sometimes imitate this when I get a stream of good hands after I lose a big pot. If I have pushed a couple of times and pick up 32o, I might stop, but if I pick up JJ I'm definitely going to push again.
Normally, I'm happy to tackle a maniac with weaker hands, but because the limp scares me, I'd only call with AT+, KJ+, 88+. If I were on the button, and the CO similarly open-pushed, I'd call with A8+, KT+, QJ+, slightly weaker suited hands, and 55+.
