I don't think you can narrow down his hand range as tightly as you have given that you've only played with him for 25 minutes, and you gave him 3:1 on his call, PF.
Bet the flop, and see what happens.
Since you checked.... man, you have no read, and no clue where you are in the hand. Villian would bet a LOT of hands here, since you checked. I think I would call and lead the turn.
Yes, check/folding here is weak tight.
