I'd fold both hands, too.
In the 50s, TPTK is usually no good after a bet, a raise and a reraise all-in.
The second one hurts because you probably have 11 outs and you only have to put up 715 to win 1740. That's close, nevertheless a fold in my book although you have the pot odds.
