Default debt collection by intermediaries like firepay, neteller, etc.

can anyone tell us what legal recourse intermediaries have for poker funds advanced via e-checks and not paid by the player? Does the fact that the funds were used for poker affect the extent to which firepay, neteller, etc. can pursue such a debt? Can bad check charges be filed on NSF e-checks like NSF paper checks or is there a limitation on e-check recourse because they are electronic transactions? Can anyone tell us from personal experience what type of recourse these entities usually pursue (i.e., posting with credit bureau, filing debt suit and securing judgment, filing bad check charges, etc.)? Your comments are appreciated. Thanks.
