Yeah reraise third st, I think... I mean, you're live, one of his 4's is dead, and two aces are already out. I think this is a fantastic spot to try to get him to back off a bit, since he's been stealing. Of course, since you took a good chunk out of him in this hand, I'm sure he's not going to try to do much more stealing.

I mean, you are DEFINATELY calling on third - you have a pair already if he doesn't have anything, you have a pair and an overcard kicker if he has any of he likely one-pair hands (such as split 4's or buried 33-QQ). And if you're good enough to call, you're good enough to raise.
