Hand 2: 53.6698 % [ 00.53 00.00 ] { JJ }
So JJ wins this 53% of the time preflop.
If you mean after the flop, then the only way you could have lost was the way you did: runner-runner kings.
The chance of this happening is:
(2/45)*(1/44)=.0010
About 1 in 1000. Pretty bad beat.

EDIT: Pasted in corrected pokerstove results. Also, if one of the jacks on board was the same suit the KQ, you might also have run into two different straight flushes, bringing your odds up to 3 in 1000
