These Firepay horror stories of money going into black hole are common. I 100% agree the money being transfered to a closed Firepay account is not Firepay's fault. Accepting a transfer to a closed account and not offering a realistic way for the player to get it back are their fault. Also a lack of any real support is a common real complaint.
