Quads will come up so infrequently that learning how to get the most out of them is almost worthless. However, since that probably won't satisfy you, I'll give some advice: bet the flop. If you bet here, a hand like TT might think you are just making a continuation bet and try a fancy check-raise on you... then you can slow down and trap him. JJ is going to raise you all-in here, but might get cautious if a K or A hits.

One final reason why you should bet (probably the most important): so you are able to make more successful continuation bets. Anyone who sees this hand at showdown will immediately know that you like to slowplay your big hands. Any time you 3-bet preflop and then check the flop, alarm bells will go off (and it looked mighty suspicious here too). So, in the future, fire another bet on the flop and then show 'em that you flopped quads and mean business.
