It depends. Sometimes waiting for PT to come to a conclusion is a waste of time. If some moron wants to call 3 bets cold with 78 suited I do not need another hand to understand he's a moron even if he flops x78 catches an 8 on the turn and 7 on the river. I make a note using the poker sites software and continue.
If I see a note I read what particular type of moron I'm facing and continue. Note I only take notes on the morons. If someone is at the table and I know the screen name and they don't have a note I assume they are at least margianlly competent.
