You should bet the turn about 40% of the time unimproved here. Maybe a hair less if the game is as tight as you suggest.
Once checkraised you should fold the turn. You simply aren't going to be best very often here. While you likely have 3 outs vs most hands, those outs aren't always clean either.
On the river, bet when checked to.
