After a couple of the usual useless e-mail replies I phoned them and told them that I had signed up for 7x as that was what the link from the popup said. At first the guy kept on saying it was 12x but I asked him to tell me where it said this. After a few minutes on hold he came back and basically admitted they had [censored] up and it doesn't state 10x or 12x anywhere.

I've got a note on my account to call them after 7x and they will put the bonus through [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
