Alot of people sent him emails detailing how they are huge winners over hundreds of thousands of hands for the past several years and he refused to believe them.
Apparently the guy is an ardent anti gambling advocate so his goal is to stop everyone from gambling and convincing people that winning is impossible furthers his goal.
(and in the case of casino gambling he's correct, but he doesn't, more specifically REFUSES to, understand how poker can be a + EV game, even with the rake)
