My list didn't take small funny snide gestures into account, otherwise Mr. Raymer wouldn't be on it (he's obviously a hilarious dude in a laid back way, cf "Tell your boys to start clappin'"). But you gotta admit, Juanda's a stiff looking guy. He might even lose to Tricky Dick Nixon HU in a debate over los Cuban Missle Crisis.
Although...David Chiu is less witty and just as board-like. Maybe he's #2 instead.
