It sounds interesting, but that's assuming that they think those people won't return unless they're offered something. I don't think party really cares about rewarding it's players. I'd like to know how many people returned after they booted the skins.
I'm still waiting on a return email from the bonus people explaining what the "high volume" rewards is.
