Lead-three-betting seems better here.
If your opponent is in fact on a flush, he'll likely raise the river.
If he's on a weaker Q or something like that, he might let the river check through anyway.
Leading guarentees we get one bet in and opens up the possiblity we get three. Checking seems to sometimes mean we get nothing in and usually prevent us from getting in more than 2.
