It looks like you didn't end up doing too bad (-$5 net), but in my experience, I fold to the $8 on the flop. Maybe that's too passive a play, but: 1) I have an unprotected nut low. 2) There were preflop raises 3) the coordinated board and the multiwayness of the pot make it unlikely that you're getting the high end.
Maybe if I look back and analyze the stack sizes on each respective round my decision would change, but as far as my instinctive play, it's a fold.
