Bellagio, IMO, is the BEST dinner buffet I've ever had. And I don't really like buffets...but let me tell you, this is a MUST visit. Anything you can imagine...venison chops, ceviche, sushi, steaks, prime rim, tons of pastas, seafood, I can't even think of it all, but it's great. The dessert area is also great...flan, cremebrule, cheesecake, chocolate covered strawberries the size of softballs.
If you play poker at Bellagio (mid limits), ask for a line pass before you go during prime dinner time. You jump right to the front of what is often a long line.
I've heard the Paris brunch is also amazing, but I've never had it...I will in December.
