Interesting link, I wasn't previously familiar with the term Libertarian, but it sounds like exactly what I was describing.

It doesnt fit with our Labour, Conservative or Liberal parties, but I'm not sure whether we have a smaller party matching that description. (Not as up on politics at the moment as Id like to be)
