[img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] This guy certainly sounds awful, and this would probably be the type of crime that I would suggest the death penalty for if I supported execution in general. Our society probably wouldn't lose much or anything from his death (discounting monetary costs of execution vs. prison time), but I don't see it benefitting society or the victims. Thus, life in prison without parole would be my preference.
I wouldn't hold it against anybody for wanting this guy dead. I don't know how it works in reality, is it 100% up to the jurors or are there guidelines to follow that they need to decide based on?
