Collins against Philly. GB's OLine is awful and Brett doesn't have time to throw. Tampa's D flys around and makes big plays. He'll have 2/3 picks. Eli will not put up big numbers, but will stay out of trouble. If you're looking for safe, go with Eli, but the Moss v Owens show will inspire Moss enough to get involved which will do nothing but help Collins.
