Wouldn't it be best to isolate the high hand to increase your chances of a scoop? Why allow the players with low hands a chance to cheaply draw for half the pot? I would reraise and expect the Q to 3-bet.

Ok, I see the point of not letting these low draws in cheaply, but if 3-bet, I don't cap it, because that definitley might alert the queen
