On the Crypto skins it seems like you can set your location to whatever you want, and you can even make screen names identical to other players if you make the account on a different skin.
Chances of this being Andy Beal are slim slim slim. It's not like he's unknown to non-poker geeks, especially after the release of "The Professor, the Banker, and the Suicide King."
