I'll join the Push Preflop chorus. The pot is $1600 when it gets to you, and $3200 after you raise. The limpers are getting more than sufficient odds to call, which is not really what you want with AQs. Thus your raise was certainly too small, and if you're going to raise any more with such a small stack, you may as well push.
Plus, you want to see all 5 cards with this hand, and you may not be able to with just a small preflop raise.
