I heard this on the radio on my way into work this morning. Apparently they say it's been confirmed by AP. It's very disappointing if it's true, at least the part in bold.

"Ryan, the "King of the Suburbs," was out Tuesday night and ran into someone "closely connected" to one of the Panthers Cheerleaders that was arrested in Tampa over the weekend.

According to Ryan's source, one of the cheerleaders had just found out that the guy she had been dating, didn't want to see her anymore. She was very upset and needed to go to the bathroom to "regroup." The other cheerleader went along with her to console her. At no time were the girls physically intimate.

On their way out of the bathroom, another customer made a rude comment in reference to the girls taking so long in the bathroom. "What took you so long, we're you guys making out in there or what?...." Leading to one of the cheerleaders throwing a punch at another patron."
