1. Go here
2. Find your BMR
3. Eat/drink ~600 calories a day less than what your BMR is
4. Cardio exercise 6 times a week
5. Weight train 3 times a week
6. Win bet

P.S. I have lost 50 pounds since Sept. 12 doing this
