I've emailed them twice before, and both times, the response was in very poor english in terms of both spelling and grammar. Also, instead of getting the response in 5 minutes like I did here, it took upwards of 40 minutes.

Their support has been well documeted. In fact, bonuswhores.com rates them poorly as well.

You should know better than to be results oriented. One good response doesn't disprove the general tendancies.
