Given that you are claring up, what 2 outs at the max- and since he doesn't always have a king, you really picking up .5-1 outs on average.
If you ahd a specific read on the coldcaller that he would do this with 2 overcards (like CC with AK) and then fold to the turn bet it could be worth it since you would be picking up the whole pot.
