I completed because I really didn't like the idea of raising and playing the hand OOP with possibly multiple callers.
I bet the 40 exactly for the reasons mentioned by Microbet. It was 2/3 of the pot and I could either take it there or build a nice little pot.
I ended up calling the 200. The turn was a blank, I checked and villain also checked.
With the pot at 460, I hit my flush on the river. I wasn't sure what to put the villain on, so I bet 100. He called, took down a nice early pot.
