Unless you all of a sudden realize that villain is actually a somewhat competent player and might raise-fold a hand like JJ here, I can't see why you'd want to raise.
When you three-bet here against this type of player and villain folds, he's usually folding an inferior hand, and usually one that has next to no outs against you anyway. All the hands that villain might fold anyway are hands you probably have 18 outs or so against anyway, so the size of the "coup" for folding out that kind of hand is not that big anyway.
