Assuming you want this guy to work at your outfit for more than a couple of months, don't do it.
Actually, you should punk the rest of your office by calling the guy, letting him in on the prank, have him show up in a diaper or other rediculous outfit and then make a tremendous scene and quit on the spot. I think seeing your co-workers horror would be funnier than pranking a noob.
