I wouldn't, even if your opponents are crazy lunatics I probably wouldn't call a river bet with 4 hearts out there with 5 people seeing the flop. Lunatics love to get crazy with only one 3 of heart with a flop of full hearts. 5 people see the flop of pure hearts. Assuming the players are pretty avg, If anyone of them has a heart above like a 7 they are staying in. Anyone with a good hand top pair with any heart is staying in, pocket pairs with a heart staying in. I have to believe at least one of the people calling the flop has a heart. If the river spikes another heart, and there is action, I'm out of there. If it were HU people seeing the flop I may try betting the river with 4 hearts out there to scare the other guy away, but you can't be too aggressive here on the river if a heart spikes. People love to chase flushes
