So my windows machine has been freaking out lately. So I decided to try to install Empire Poker on my linux box running Slackware 10.1. I downloaded and installed the latest version of wine.
HERE & Empire poker.
I installed the linux package.

And installed Empire poker using wine:
<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre> bash-3.00# wine EmpirePokerSetup.exe </pre><hr />
Some things don't work just right and it complains a bit ( about not having IE ), but it worked just fine. I played a couple of hands and won a little money.
