Property Management
I recently purchased 2 properties which I am renting out to students at a local university. Is there anyone here who is in property management and can possibly give me some hints/tips/tricks of the trade? Mostly I am looking to discuss the topic with someone who has some experience in the area (I tried googling a forum for this and either I suck at the internet or there aren't any out there).
People from Canada (Toronto) would be great (as that is where I am located), but anyone with experience in the field will be very helpful I'm sure.
