30 processes is very normal. And those four you mention are also normal. My best advice to you is to search for the complete process name on google and then clicking the I'm feeling lucky button.
For instance, a search on "csrss.exe" gives:
This is the user-mode portion of the Win32 subsystem (with Win32.sys being the kernel-mode portion). Csrss stands for client/server run-time subsystem and is an essential subsystem that must be running at all times.
