Think how she's going to feel, Dressed up, at a party where she knows NO ONE including yourself.
She's gonna feel awkward, thereby making you feel awkward. Making it a terrible date.
And like others said, Halloween party woudl absoltuely be best to go stag. (unnles you're already in a serious relationship, then i see no problem)
