Yes! I heard it was a smashing success. Peace is right around the corner.
Of course, some people voted in order to get food aid, many of the people had no idea who they were voting for, the candidates were not allowed to campaign, and some places the ballots merely had numbers instead of names ...
But boy, did they turn out!
